Royalties, are you getting yours?

Watching the video of Chris Blackwell and Bunny Wailer sparing over unpaid Royalties raised some serious concerns in my mind about about the state of the UK reggae scene. Knowing that many UK reggae artists and musicians did not sign any contracts when they recorded their music, and never registered their compositions with the PRS can you imagine the challenges they would face in the UK if they tried to claim back what should due?
